Little Theatre Awards
Beginning with the 2018 Season, you, our loyal patrons, can choose the winners of this amazing event. CP will recognize those who excelled both on and off the stage and in early 2019 we will have our first ever, Little Theatre Awards Ceremony.
How can you become a part of this exciting event? Simply purchase the Family Package and attend all five productions included in the plan and you are now an official judge and invited to our gala in 2019.
As many of you know, our ancient heater took its final bow and left our Little Theatre very cold. CP started a fund raising event on Facebook with a goal of $9000 and in 48 hours, raised nearly $8300. We are confident that through your continued support, we will reach our goal by this weekend. We want to thank everyone who donated to our cause and we appreciate your incredible generosity. Community Theater is alive and well in South Jersey and our pledge to you, is to continue to provide quality theater productions. YOU ARE THE VERY BEST.
IT'S CONTEST TIME
Cumberland Players is thrilled to announce our annual Season Subscription/Ad Book Contest. You, our loyal patrons and advertisers, are the life blood of our organization and without you, CP would not exist. So, let us start by saying, THANK YOU for all the support you have shown us throughout the years. It's because of you that we our celebrating our 72nd season. That's right, 72 years. As a sign of our appreciation, we want to give a little something in return. Below are the details of our contests.
The Board of Directors
Contest #1 – Season Subscription Contest – The winner will receive a $500.00 Gift Card
The individual who sells the most Season Subscriptions wins $500.00 gift card. To be eligible to win, you must sell at least $275.00 worth of subscriptions. In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by a draw. The winner will be announced at the March Board meeting.
The Contest will run from Friday, January 5, 2018 through Saturday, February 10, 2018. Only paid-in-full subscriptions will be counted. Subscriptions are either submited with money or the patron notes in Vendini the individual who sold them the subscription. Vendini is our ticket purchasinhg application and can be accessed via our website. The patron MUST clearly write the person’s name as a response to the question “How did you hear about us?” in order for the subscription to count towards the individual's total. Orders CANNOT be taken via cell phones since in most cases, the above question is circumvented. All subscriptions must be received by 11:59 pm on the above-mentioned date.
Contest #2 – Ad Drive Contest – Digital Ads
3rd Prize – 2 Season Subscriptions
2nd Prize – Echo Show
1st Prize – $300.00 gift card
The top three individuals will win the above-mentioned prizes. To be eligible to win the first prize, you must sell at least $325.00 worth of ads, second place $195.00 and third place $120.00. In the event of a tie, the winner(s) will be determined by a draw.
The Contest will run from Friday, January 5, 2018 through Saturday, January 27, 2018. Only an ad with “money in hand” will count. All ads must be received by 11:59 pm on the above-mentioned date. All art work must accompany the ad.
